We do not guarantee delivery of all messages, as delivery depends on network providers, recipient devices, and third-party platforms.
Nexivo and Core Cognitics disclaim liability for campaign outcomes or consequences arising from your use of the Services.

Fees & Payments

Certain Services may require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and payment methods will be displayed at the time of subscription or purchase.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if payments are not received on time.
